Bell Post Medical Centre

Our Melbourne Defit team recently completed a comprehensive strip-out of the Bell Post Medical Centre in Norlane, delivering the project efficiently and to a high standard.

Scope of Works Included:

• Isolation and capping of all plumbing and electrical services
• Removal of all internal walls, partitions, metal studs, and plasterboard
• Removal of all cabinetry, fittings, and fixtures
• Complete removal of signage and branded elements
• Full patching and repair works to walls including re-painting
• Disconnection and safe termination of required electrical services
• Removal and disposal of all flooring materials

The project was completed within 1.5 weeks, with all noisy works and rubbish load-outs scheduled outside operating hours to minimise disruption. Our team also worked closely with the facility manager to coordinate service isolations and ensure a smooth delivery throughout.
