Kune Collins St

The Melbourne Defit Team recently undertook the defit at Kune located in a bustling Collins St arcade.

Works were completed within the 10-day timeline and facility manager was very happy with the works and professionalism of our team.

The challenge with CBD projects is the location and getting the rubbish out of the premise in an orderly and safe manner with minimal disruptions to fellow tenants and the public. To achieve this out load outs occurred at 7am using 1100L wheelie bins and dolleys straight into our awaiting truck.

It was a full defit back to base building comprising of joinery removal, electrical and data disconnection back to switchboard and data rack, removal of partitions, plaster ceiling and floor coverings.
