The Melbourne Defit Company undertook the task of defitting the iconic-style building previously occupied by Floorsheim in the heart of Melbourne CBD, situated at the corner of Bourke and Russell streets.

The challenging location necessitated early morning rubbish removal using wheelie bins loaded directly onto a truck's tail lift.

Carting materials from the first floor to the ground floor through a narrow stairwell posed an additional challenge.

Our team successfully removed all shop joinery, fittings, and the POS counter. The works were completed on schedule by our experienced team.
