Lemonade Kids Clothing – Sorrento Defit

Melbourne Defit Company completed the full defit and make-good of the Lemonade Kids clothing store in Sorrento, with all works completed within just one week.

The project involved the complete removal of the existing retail fitout and preparation of the tenancy for its next occupant. Works included:

• Removal of changerooms and associated structures
• Removal of all retail joinery, shelving and fixtures
• Removal of internal and external signage
• Electrical disconnections
• Removal of existing floor coverings
• Patching and making good walls following joinery removal
• Replacement of damaged and missing ceiling tiles
• Painting and final make-good works

With a tight one-week turnaround, our team coordinated the various trades and removal works to efficiently return the Sorrento retail tenancy to a clean, ready-to-lease condition.
